Sandy Creek Nature Center Grain Bin
Did you know that Butler Manufacturing's first commercial ventures did not involve metal buildings? It all started with livestock water tanks and evolved from there to include buildings, grain bins and even airplanes briefly. This picture of an old Butler grain bin that was submitted to us is currently housed in the agricultural display at the Sandy Creek Education and Visitor Center in Athens.
