Resource Construction is involved in multiple projects around the Athens, Georgia area. In addition to medical and general office space, our team has been instrumental in various planning, development and construction phases of a Presbyterian church, a retirement community, and a gated residential community.

Waugh & Allen Orthodontic Offices, and residential apartments at St. Mary’s Highland Hills Retirement Village. Resource Construction provides expertise in specialized areas of building such as medical and healthcare facilities and universal and accessible design. Resource Construction offers design build services for our clients. Our experience with various projects has acquainted us with the best design professionals in the various design fields. A design professional who’s intimacy for a certain building use, type of construction or occupancy can save a building owner thousands of dollar in construction cost. We listen to our clients and arrange interviews with two or more design professionals we feel that are suited to the project.
Resource Construction also offers a plan review expediting service for the State Fire Marshal, local and state governmental reviews that are required before any permitting or construction can take begin. Understanding the correct procedure and proper schedule of plan submittal to the review process is crucial to the timing of project commencement. Delays in permitting can cost thousands of dollars to the building owner. We have a team member who conducted plan review for government and now provided plan review and construction code consulting services. Services such as these allows Resource Construction to serve our clients better.
