Resource Construction is involved in multiple projects around the Athens, Georgia area. Our current projects include shell construction, interior completion and remodeling of medical offices, general offices and assisted living spaces. We thoroughly understand the specialized nature of these particular types of projects. In addition to medical and general office space, our team has been instrumental in various planning, development and construction phases of a Presbyterian church, a retirement community, and a gated subdivision.
Each development that Resource Construction is involved with receives our professional expertise to help it achieve the ultimate in client satisfaction. First and foremost, we develop a project as if we were the final tenant. Our developments and buildings are planned with the paramount critique in mind: "Would we choose to occupy space in one of our developments?" We strive to answer "Yes" with everything that we build.
Resource Valley Professional Office Park and Resource Medical Office Park are two of our most recognizable developments in the area. The PMFM Office Building and Oconee Presbyterian Church are examples of our free standing buildings.
Resource Construction not only builds new medical office space, but also transforms existing structures into workable environments, incorporating individual practice needs into the design layout. Additionally, we have remodeled a number of existing structures including Veterans Administration Outpatient Clinic, Drs. Waugh & Allen Orthodontic Offices, and St. Mary’s Highland Hills.
