Tom Little has been in the timberland, farmland, and recreational land business for 22 years. He founded his own real estate company along with his partner, Steve Ebbert, in 1991 followed by Resource Construction in 1996. Since that time, Tom has been dedicated to building the highest quality office spaces, churches, medical complexes and more to meet the needs of his clients. Tom graduated with an agricultural degree from Purdue University.

Steve Ebbert has been in the timberland, farmland, and recreational land business for 20 years. He has owned his own real estate brokerage in partnership with Tom Little since 1991 and Resource Construction since 1996. Steve turned a forestry degree from the University of Georgia into a career of managing, selling and building properties to help his clients obtain the greatest return on their investment.
Linda Ferrara & Bobby Erwin

Linda's educations includes a BS from SUNY at Cortland and an MS from Michigan State University. Linda coordinates the various components involved in the construction projects from initial client interest to follow up after building completion.
Bobby Erwin | Email Bobby
Bobby is a graduate of UGA. Prior to joining the Resource Construction team in 2001, he spent 10 years as a custom homebuilder and 14 years as a Building Code Analyst with Athens Clarke County specializing in commercial electrical, plumbing, building, and mechanical work. In addition, he served as the Assistant Building Director for Athens Clarke County for eight years.
